LEXM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEXM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEXM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4772, GGCTP3, and RNU6-23P. Each is linked with LEXM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEXM-to-partner and partner-to-LEXM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4772 grouped by LEXM-low versus LEXM-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEXM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEXM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
