Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LENEP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LENEP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LENEP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LENEP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where LENEP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
