LDHC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDHC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6070, RNA5SP321, and MIR6871. Each is linked with LDHC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDHC-to-partner and partner-to-LDHC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6070 grouped by LDHC-low versus LDHC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
