LDB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,706 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, PPP1R12B, and MYH11. Each is linked with LDB3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB3-to-partner and partner-to-LDB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDB3 versus SYNPO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
