LDB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, TRAIP, and FAM162B. Each is linked with LDB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB2-to-partner and partner-to-LDB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by LDB2-low versus LDB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
