LCT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAJIN, TBC1D3, and MAPK8. Each is linked with LCT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCT-to-partner and partner-to-LCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAJIN grouped by LCT-low versus LCT-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
