Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE3D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,372 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LCE3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, TGM5, and KLC3. Each is linked with LCE3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE3D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE3D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCE3D versus CHRDL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
