LCE3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPA2, LETM1, and CLN8. Each is linked with LCE3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE3D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPA2 grouped by LCE3D-low versus LCE3D-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
