LCE2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with LCE2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE2C-to-partner and partner-to-LCE2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
