Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND3, SOWAHA, and CDKN1A. Each is linked with LCE2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE2C-to-partner and partner-to-LCE2C results are reported.
