LCE1F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE1F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 315 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP23-1, RN7SKP218, and RN7SKP83. Each is linked with LCE1F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE1F-to-partner and partner-to-LCE1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP23-1 grouped by LCE1F-low versus LCE1F-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
