Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 205 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LCE1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIPA1L2, PDE4B, and CDH7. Each is linked with LCE1F in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE1F-to-partner and partner-to-LCE1F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIPA1L2 grouped by LCE1F-low versus LCE1F-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
