LCE1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,115 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide, Thorax and anterior abdomen determination, and Positive regulation of vitamin D receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with LCE1D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE1D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide grouped by LCE1D-low versus LCE1D-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
