LCE1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR767, BCAS2P3, and DPP3P1. Each is linked with LCE1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE1D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR767 grouped by LCE1D-low versus LCE1D-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
