LCE1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF15, DNAH12, and XYLT1. Each is linked with LCE1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE1D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF15 grouped by LCE1D-low versus LCE1D-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
