Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP350, ABCA12, and TRAP1. Each is linked with LCE1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE1A-to-partner and partner-to-LCE1A results are reported.
