Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCE1A RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LCE1A data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LCE1A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and HNSC show a favorable association.

BRCA, BLCA, and MESO are the cancer types where LCE1A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
