LCA5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCA5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,378 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCA5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, IFT74, and OFD1. Each is linked with LCA5L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5L-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCA5L versus LZTFL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
