Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCA5L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LCA5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PDCD4, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with LCA5L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5L-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by LCA5L-low versus LCA5L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
