LCA5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCA5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,441 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCA5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Protein localization to non-motile cilium, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with LCA5L in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5L-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium movement involved in cell motility grouped by LCA5L-low versus LCA5L-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
