Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCA5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LCA5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLL2, TSPY8, and RBMY1A1. Each is linked with LCA5L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5L-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLL2 grouped by LCA5L-low versus LCA5L-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
