LBR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,138 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and KPNA2. Each is linked with LBR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBR-to-partner and partner-to-LBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LBR versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
