Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R4, SMYD1, and TKTL2. Each is linked with LAS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-LAS1L results are reported.
