Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, CYLC2, and SYNPR. Each is linked with LARP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP6-to-partner and partner-to-LARP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by LARP6-low versus LARP6-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
