LARP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MND1, LINC01432, and KCTD9. Each is linked with LARP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MND1 grouped by LARP1-low versus LARP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
