LARP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,360 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3G, KSR2, and CCDC59. Each is linked with LARP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3G grouped by LARP1-low versus LARP1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
