LARGE-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,117 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARGE-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL648P, KANSL1L-AS1, and MFSD13B. Each is linked with LARGE-AS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
