LAPTM4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAPTM4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAPTM4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-522P, RNU6-1122P, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with LAPTM4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAPTM4A-to-partner and partner-to-LAPTM4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-522P grouped by LAPTM4A-low versus LAPTM4A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAPTM4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAPTM4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
