LAMTOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, RNU6-340P, and MIR548F3. Each is linked with LAMTOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMTOR1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMTOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by LAMTOR1-low versus LAMTOR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMTOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMTOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
