LAMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,020 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MFGE8, TPM4, and MXRA5. Each is linked with LAMC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMC1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMC1 versus MFGE8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
