LAMC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,833 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRA2, MYCT1, and DIPK2B. Each is linked with LAMC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMC1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMC1 versus ADGRA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
