LAMB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, ZFYVE19, and CIRBP-AS1. Each is linked with LAMB4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by LAMB4-low versus LAMB4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
