LALBA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LALBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 632 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LALBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPLA1P1, COX6CP11, and DBF4P1. Each is linked with LALBA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LALBA-to-partner and partner-to-LALBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1P1 grouped by LALBA-low versus LALBA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LALBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LALBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
