LAIR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAIR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAIR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXF5, TCF23, and ZNF683. Each is linked with LAIR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAIR2-to-partner and partner-to-LAIR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXF5 grouped by LAIR2-low versus LAIR2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAIR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAIR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
