Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAGE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAGE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM50A, CSE1L, and MAGED2_S247. Each is linked with LAGE3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAGE3-to-partner and partner-to-LAGE3 results are reported.
