Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAGE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,740 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAGE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of translational fidelity, snRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with LAGE3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAGE3-to-partner and partner-to-LAGE3 results are reported.
