Across TCGA patient cohorts, L3MBTL2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,723 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible L3MBTL2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF185, EP300, and KIDINS220. Each is linked with L3MBTL2-AS1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both L3MBTL2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-L3MBTL2-AS1 results are reported.
