Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, L3MBTL2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated L3MBTL2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher L3MBTL2-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated L3MBTL2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where L3MBTL2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
