KRTAP9-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP9-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP9-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are F9, MEP1A, and LYZL2. Each is linked with KRTAP9-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP9-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP9-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F9 grouped by KRTAP9-1-low versus KRTAP9-1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP9-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP9-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
