KRTAP5-9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP5-9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,892 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with KRTAP5-9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-9-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by KRTAP5-9-low versus KRTAP5-9-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP5-9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP5-9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
