Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,090 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT21, NUMA1, and TNS4_S350. Each is linked with KRTAP5-7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-7 results are reported.
