KRTAP5-7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, VHL, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with KRTAP5-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by KRTAP5-7-low versus KRTAP5-7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP5-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP5-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
