Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP5-7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,952 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with KRTAP5-7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-7-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-7 results are reported.
