Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,527 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, gap-filling, Maintenance of cell number, and Regulation of DNA replication. Each is linked with KRTAP5-6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-6-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-6 results are reported.
