Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,814 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRTAP5-5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Thioester biosynthetic process, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process. Each is linked with KRTAP5-5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-5-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-5 results are reported.
