KRTAP5-10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 272 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2-23, RN7SKP47, and LACRT. Each is linked with KRTAP5-10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-10-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP5-10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP5-10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
