The most reproducible KRTAP4-6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Negative regulation of cell development. Each is linked with KRTAP4-6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-6-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-6 results are reported.
