KRTAP4-4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP4-4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP4-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H, CEACAM3, and KRTAP2-4. Each is linked with KRTAP4-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-4-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300H grouped by KRTAP4-4-low versus KRTAP4-4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP4-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP4-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
