KRTAP4-2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP4-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,400 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP4-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spermatid nucleus differentiation, Positive regulation of sequestering of calcium ion, and Skeletal muscle acetylcholine-gated channel clustering. Each is linked with KRTAP4-2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spermatid nucleus differentiation grouped by KRTAP4-2-low versus KRTAP4-2-high in KIRP.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP4-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP4-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
