KRTAP4-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP4-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP4-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJB8, C17orf102, and SNORD113-4. Each is linked with KRTAP4-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJB8 grouped by KRTAP4-2-low versus KRTAP4-2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP4-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP4-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
